Customer Service Account Manager Job Description:

  • Maintain effective liaison duties between all functions of the company, our suppliers and the customer
  • Administer, maintain and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders
  • New account acquisition & customer retention
  • Create quotes for large orders
  • Field phone calls, online chats and emails for prospective, current and new customers
  • Interact with customers daily to review current promotions and provide “the best customer service on Earth!”
  • Maintain professional standards in sales and customer service
  • Assist where needed in scheduling of incoming new product deliveries and procuring product to maintain proper and timely order fulfillment for customers
  • Thoroughly understand product details, ordering process and account set up and efficiently and clearly explain to new and prospective customers
  • Working with CRM and Ticketing software to track and complete purchase orders

Customer Service Account Manager Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
  • Advanced understanding of E-commerce
  • Advanced computer skills
  • 1 year of previous customerservice experience
  • Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
