Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate that can help us to continue having the best Customer Service of any online bedding retailer, or any retailer in general. We are looking for an outgoing, do-it-yourself, self-starting, supremely motivated, detail-obsessed and hard-working individual that loves helping other people and does not shy away from problem solving/decision making. Our Customer Service team works hand in hand with our Fulfillment and Operations Team to get the products to our customers in the most efficient and time-sensitive manner.
As an eLuxury Customer Service associate, you will be responsible for helping our customers to place new orders, returns, exchanges, navigating our website and helping them with anything and everything. We offer a relaxed atmosphere without any form of scripts or predetermined context to use with each customer. We trust you to make decisions and interact with our customers in any way that can make them want to keep coming back to us for all of their luxury bedding needs.
Our Customer Service Associates will interact with customers through calls to our CS phone line, our online chat service and our customer service emails. Associates are encouraged to do whatever is necessary to make sure that each and every customer comes away from eLuxury knowing that we will go "Above and Beyond"._______________
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of E-commerce
- Advanced computer skills
- 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service experience
