  • What are your Terms of Service?

    • Referral advocates must be willing to provide their (a) Full name, (b) shipping address, and (c) primary phone number. Advocates who do not provide this information will not be able to receive payment for referrals (special cases may apply - Contact us for details).
    • Referred orders must total at least $25 to be valid for reward.
    • Advocates may only be rewarded for one(1) purchase per referred customer.
    • Self-referrals are not permitted.
    • Referral links may not be posted in digital spaces in direct competition to official eLuxury offers or advertisements.
    • By participating in this program you consent to allow eLuxury to use your (a) first name and last initial, (b) the actual dollar amount paid out to you from any point within your participation of the program in advertising.
    • Advocates must adhere to all of the rules stated above as well as any future rules posted as official Terms of Service.


  • How much do I get paid?

    You will receive 10% of the referred order.

  • When do I get paid?

    You can track your referrals by following the steps below:

    1. Go to
    2. Enter your email address when prompted
    3. Click on the “track your rewards” link in the top-right of the screen
    4. Create an account using your referral email address from step 2 (this account is separate from your eLuxury account)
    5. Confirm your account via the confirmation email that was sent after step 4
    6. Log in to your account using the email address and password from step 4


  • Do you offer digital reward payment through Paypal or Google wallet?

    We offer payment via PayPal by request. We do not offer payment by Google Wallet.

  • How do I know if a referred order is valid?

    An email will be sent to you when a valid referral order is made. That order will remain valid unless otherwise noted (via email or in your referral tracker account).

  • What happens if the referred order is returned?

    If a referred order is returned the referral becomes invalid and is no longer eligible for reward. An email confirmation will be send the the referrer notifying them that one of their referred purchases is no longer valid.

  • How do I get credit for a referral?

    Customers must click through your link and make a purchase in order to count as a referral. Make sure they understand that they must actually use your link to arrive at

  • Someone told me they bought from you through my link, but the order wasn’t counted toward my total! What do I do?

    If you feel that an order has not been properly attributed to your account, please gather the referred customer’s name, email address, and order ID, then contact us via phone (1-800-977-7433) or email (

  • Can I post my referral link on my site?

    We encourage you to post your link wherever you can, provided your link (a) does not violate any rules of the venue posted to, (b) does not violate any local, state or federal laws, and does not directly compete with any official eLuxury posts or listings.

  • I refered a large volume of people, can I become an affiliate?

    We offer affiliate marketing promotions to our highest performing referral advocates. Contact us a for more details.
