  • Why are you called eLuxury?

    Our company was founded under the name Exceptional Sheets, but as our product lines expanded into all other forms of bedding as well as luxury home goods, we felt that a name change was necessary. We wanted our brand name to represent all of the luxury products that we offer for customers.

  • Are your products sold in brick & mortar stores?

    We do not currently sell our products in any brick and mortar stores

  • Do you offer wholesale accounts for retailers, dropshippers, or interior designers?

    We offer accounts to businesses, dropshippers, interior designers, and government. You can apply for an account by submitting a wholesale inquiry.

  • Where do I go to make a press inquiry?

    You can submit a press inquiry here and we will contact you within 48 hours.

  • How do I join your affiliate marketing program?

    We have a great affiliate program through the PepperJam network. You can apply here.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    We accept all major credit cards (including American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay (on iOS devices), and we offer fantastic financing with Bread Payments.

  • Where do I apply my discount code?

    Once you click “checkout” from your cart, you will be prompted to enter your discount code on the first page of checkout.

  • Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

    Please contact our customer service team and one of our customer specialists will help you get your shipping address changed.

  • Will I be charged tax?

    You will only be charged tax if your shipping address is in Indiana, Tennessee, or Washington.


  • What shipping carrier do you use?

    We use Federal Express (FedEx) for domestic shipments and USPS for international shipments.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    We offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $40 flat fee.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to almost every country in the world!

  • Where is my order shipping from?

    Your order ships from our headquarters in Evansville, Indiana


  • How do I return or exchange my product?

    Please contact our customer service team and one of our customer specialists will help you.

  • Can I return a gift?

    Please contact our customer service team with the order number or the name of the person whom placed the order, and we will get that set up for you.

  • Do you charge return shipping?

    Return are on us and completely free.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 30 day return/exchange policy for all of our products, with the exception of our line of mattresses, which have a 120 night trial period.

  • I accidently ordered the wrong product, how do I exchange it?
