Lonvi Acquires Established U.S. Sleep Brand eLuxury to Advance AI-Powered Sleep Technology

Lonvi Acquires Established U.S. Sleep Brand eLuxury to Advance AI-Powered Sleep Technology

Background: Founded in 2009, eLuxury was previously acquired by a NYSE-listed company in a transaction initially valued at approximately $18 million.  Lonvi and eLuxury plan to introduce AI-powered sleep products, with initial preorders targeted for Q4 2026.

COMPANY NEWS  |  OCTOBER 2026

Lonvi, a U.S.-based AI health and longevity technology platform, announced that it completed the acquisition of American sleep brand eLuxury several months ago. The transaction marks an important step in Lonvi’s strategy to expand across AI-enabled health management, intelligent sleep hardware and consumer health technology.

The acquisition was led by Lonvi co-founder Richard Ding and his investment team at Goldenwise Capital. In recent years, the team has focused on investments in AI and healthcare, undertaking multiple investments and acquisitions involving public and private companies in the United States and Europe. With Goldenwise Capital’s support, Lonvi has assembled a portfolio of nine U.S. health and AI healthcare brands through acquisitions and internal development.

Lonvi intends to combine its work in AI Health Agents, health data analytics and connected devices with eLuxury’s experience in sleep products, established brand and consumer distribution channels. The companies plan to develop a new generation of smart sleep products under the “Powered by Lonvi AI” technology designation, with initial preorders planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The combination reflects Lonvi’s longer-term strategy: bringing AI into everyday wellness by pairing a software platform with established consumer brands.

A 17-Year American Sleep Brand with a Public-Company Acquisition History

Founded in 2009 by a U.S. military veteran, eLuxury is based in Evansville, Indiana. The company began with premium bedding and expanded into mattresses, mattress toppers and protectors, pillows, bed frames and other home products.

In 2016, eLuxury appeared on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing American companies. According to the brand’s historical materials, it ranked No. 4 overall and No. 1 in retail that year. The company became a notable growth business in online sleep and home products.

In June 2018, NYSE-listed Culp, Inc. (NYSE: CULP) announced the acquisition of an 80% interest in eLuxury. According to Culp’s SEC disclosures, the transaction had an initially estimated consideration of approximately $18.1 million, including base consideration and performance-related contingent consideration. At the time, eLuxury’s annualized revenue was approximately $22 million.

That strategic investment underscored the progress eLuxury had made in brand development, e-commerce operations and consumer-market expansion. With its acquisition by Lonvi, the brand is entering a new phase: evolving from traditional sleep products toward AI-enabled sleep technology.

Lonvi: Building an AI Health and Longivity Technology Platform

Lonvi focuses on AI-driven health management, health data integration and connected health hardware. Drawing on its team’s global hardware supply-chain relationships, Lonvi is developing smart health devices and an integrated AI Health Agent platform.

Its long-term vision is to connect information currently scattered across devices, apps and health settings, enabling more intelligent, personalized and continuous wellness experiences. As smartwatches, smart rings, sleep trackers and home health-testing devices become more common, consumers have access to more data—but often lack a unified way to interpret it.

Lonvi’s AI Health Agent platform is being designed to integrate information about sleep, activity, heart rate, recovery and other health indicators, helping users understand personal trends and receive more tailored lifestyle insights.

Beyond consumer applications, Lonvi is pursuing connected health hardware, device interoperability and business-to-business technology partnerships with third-party device makers and health-service providers. Its vision is for AI to extend beyond the smartphone and into bedrooms, homes and everyday health routines.

AI-Powered Sleep Hardware: Initial Preorders Planned for Q4 2026

Sleep is a cornerstone of everyday wellness and a promising application for the combination of AI and connected hardware. Traditional mattresses and pillows have largely competed on comfort, support and materials. Advances in sensors, connectivity and AI may enable a more personalized, data-informed sleep experience.

Lonvi and eLuxury are jointly developing several AI-enabled sleep and bedroom wellness product concepts.

AI Temperature-Controlled Smart Sleep Pod

The planned Smart Sleep Pod would combine intelligent sleep hardware with AI-supported health insights. The concept includes personalized mattress temperature adjustments intended to improve the sleep environment. Lonvi and eLuxury aim to offer performance and quality comparable to leading premium temperature-controlled sleep systems at a more accessible price by leveraging global hardware supply-chain resources.

Additional Smart Sleep and Bedroom Devices

Other concepts under consideration include an AI Smart Pillow, AI smart mirror, small AI sleep companion robot and AI-enabled cardiac-monitoring blanket. The companies are exploring how to combine familiar sleep products with smart sensing, sleep-data analytics and personalized wellness features.

Under the current roadmap, initial preorders are targeted for Q4 2026. Specific models, features, prices, preorder dates and delivery schedules will be announced as development and testing, supply-chain preparations and applicable regulatory reviews progress. These products remain under development; features and launch timing may change.

Combining a Consumer Brand with an AI Technology Platform

The strategy goes beyond adding smart features to a conventional mattress or pillow. Lonvi and eLuxury intend to explore a business model that brings together consumer products, connected hardware and AI software services.

eLuxury will build on its sleep-product expertise, consumer brand and sales channels, while Lonvi concentrates on AI Health Agent capabilities, health-data analytics and device connectivity. In the envisioned model, consumers could purchase intelligent sleep products through eLuxury and access related analytics and wellness services through Lonvi’s AI platform.

This approach could help eLuxury modernize its product portfolio while giving Lonvi a practical route to bring AI health technology into consumers’ homes. Over time, Lonvi aims to extend the model to other health-hardware brands and is discussing potential collaborations in home health testing, intelligent monitoring and other AI health devices.

The longer-term goal is an open health-technology ecosystem connecting multiple devices and services through an AI Health Agent.

From AI Wellness to Healthy Longevity

As populations age, health awareness rises and AI capabilities improve, health management is shifting toward more proactive, ongoing and personalized experiences. Lonvi sees this as a long-term opportunity.

Rather than relying on a single device or app, Lonvi aims to build a software platform that connects multiple devices and wellness settings. In that model, connected hardware serves not only as a consumer product but also as a source of useful health information. AI Health Agents may help users better understand the relationships among sleep, exercise, recovery, lifestyle and personal health.

Lonvi’s long-term ambition is to apply AI to wellness and healthy longevity, making digital health experiences more accessible and individualized.

Global Partnerships, Talent and Growth

As the eLuxury product roadmap and Lonvi AI Health Agent platform advance, Lonvi plans to expand its capabilities in AI, smart hardware, health analytics, product design and international market development.

Lonvi states that its U.S. parent company recently entered into a business-combination agreement with an overseas publicly listed company, with the expectation that Lonvi may become part of a publicly listed group. Any such transaction remains subject to its terms, required approvals and completion conditions. Lonvi believes access to additional capital could support its ambitions in AI-enabled hardware.

The company is also seeking technology collaborations with smart-device manufacturers, health-technology businesses, healthcare service organizations and other partners. Its priorities include developing the AI health platform, expanding its connected-device ecosystem and commercializing consumer health technology.

The combination of eLuxury’s 17-year heritage and Lonvi’s AI health platform is intended to open a new chapter in the convergence of sleep products and artificial intelligence.
