Through global brand acquisitions, in-house development and technology licensing, LONVI is building an AI-powered health platform spanning AI Health Agents, connected devices and sleep technology.
LONVI (Lonvi.ai), a Delaware-headquartered AI health technology company, today announced the completion of a new financing round and continued progress toward a potential public-market listing. The company has signed an agreement with a publicly listed entity and expects to begin a reverse-takeover business-combination process. In parallel, LONVI is integrating its international consumer health brands and expanding into AI Health Agents, connected health devices and personalized wellness services for consumers and health-service organizations worldwide.
With operations spanning the United States, Canada and selected Asian markets, LONVI follows a “Buy, Build, License & Partner” strategy. By acquiring consumer health brands with established customers and market recognition, developing its own AI software and hardware, and working with technology partners, the company aims to create an integrated ecosystem across health management, sleep, nutrition, fitness and at-home health monitoring.
Under its current business plan, LONVI has a portfolio of nine consumer health and technology brands. The company plans to begin introducing a new generation of AI-enabled health products and launch an enterprise-focused AI health-services platform in the fourth quarter of 2026.

1. New Financing and Progress Toward a Public-Market Transaction
LONVI recently raised several million U.S. dollars to support AI research and development, connected-device development, brand integration and international expansion.
Following the financing, the company is actively pursuing a public-market transaction. Several members of LONVI’s founding team have investment backgrounds, an advantage that has helped shape its acquisition-led growth strategy.
LONVI has signed a business-combination-related agreement with an overseas publicly listed entity and intends to pursue access to the public markets through a reverse takeover (RTO) or a similar capital-markets transaction. The proposed transaction remains in progress.
LONVI believes a public-market presence could broaden its access to financing, strengthen its international brand profile and support future expansion, technology development and strategic acquisitions.
By combining industry consolidation with access to capital markets, LONVI aims to accelerate the development of a globally competitive AI health-technology ecosystem.
2. From Consumer Health Brands to an AI Health Technology Platform: LONVI’s Long-Term Strategy
Unlike a traditional single-product health company, LONVI adopted a platform-oriented strategy from the outset.
The company believes the global consumer health market is entering a period of significant technological change.
Over the past decade, smartwatches, wearable devices, home health monitors and wellness apps have made increasingly large volumes of personal health data available to consumers.
Yet these data often remain fragmented across devices and applications, making it difficult to build a continuous personal health record or translate information into practical steps toward better health.
LONVI aims to address this challenge with artificial intelligence.
Its central idea is:
“The AI That Remembers Your Health.” — An AI assistant that understands and continuously remembers your health over time.
Guided by this vision, LONVI is developing an AI health-management system centered on One Health Memory.
The proposed system is designed to bring together information from connected devices, wearables, home health tests, lifestyle habits and other health-data sources, using AI to analyze changes over time and provide personalized wellness guidance and follow-up support.
Rather than building a conventional health chatbot, LONVI aims to create an AI Health Agent with long-term memory, proactive analysis and the ability to support real-world tasks.
For example, a future system could evaluate sleep quality, exercise habits, heart-rate patterns and daily wellness information together, identify potentially concerning trends, recommend changes and track their effects over time.
LONVI believes AI health management should move beyond answering questions toward proactively understanding user needs, coordinating wellness services and helping people follow through on personalized plans.

3. Building a Multi-Brand Health Ecosystem Through Acquisitions and Organic Growth
Alongside its AI development, LONVI is pursuing a growth strategy that differs from that of many early-stage technology companies.
Instead of relying exclusively on building consumer brands from scratch, the company acquires health businesses with established market positions, customer communities and operating experience to accelerate distribution and commercial development.
Its portfolio spans healthy-aging nutrition, sleep technology, fitness and rehabilitation education, healthy eating and lifestyle products.
Selected brands include:
BalanceGenics — U.S. Healthy-Aging and Longevity Brand
Founded in 2018, BalanceGenics is a U.S. consumer brand focused on healthy aging and nutritional supplements.
The brand has served more than 100,000 healthy-aging consumers and attracted more than 200,000 social-media followers across international markets.
LONVI plans to combine AI-powered wellness technology with the brand’s offerings to explore personalized nutrition and healthy-aging services.
StretchCoach — International Fitness and Rehabilitation Education Brand with More Than 30 Years of History
Founded by Brad Walker in 1995, StretchCoach specializes in stretching, musculoskeletal wellness and sports rehabilitation education.
The brand has served more than 40,000 customers in 122 countries and received more than 4,500 five-star reviews.
LONVI plans to integrate StretchCoach’s educational content, certification programs and customer base with AI technology to explore new tools for fitness trainers, rehabilitation professionals and wellness organizations.
Lose Weight by Eating — U.S. Healthy-Eating Content Brand
Lose Weight by Eating is a U.S. consumer content brand focused on healthy meals, nutrition-focused recipes and weight management.
Its founder has published multiple bestselling healthy-eating cookbooks and appeared on U.S. television programs including the Today Show and The Rachael Ray Show.
The brand has approximately 260,000 Facebook followers.
LONVI plans to combine the brand’s nutrition content with AI-powered personalized dietary guidance to expand consumer wellness services.
eLuxury — Established U.S. Home and Sleep Brand
In 2026, LONVI completed the acquisition of eLuxury, a U.S. sleep and home-products brand.
With more than a decade of operating history in the United States, eLuxury has established product lines and online sales channels for mattresses, bedding and home sleep products.
LONVI plans to leverage eLuxury’s brand recognition, customer base and e-commerce distribution to jointly develop a new generation of AI-enabled sleep products.
The companies are planning a product lineup that includes intelligent sleep-mattress systems, AI sleep companion devices, smart pillows and sleep-health management services.
These products are intended to combine AI-enabled analysis with personalized sleep-management technology to help consumers better understand and improve their sleep.

Beyond these brands, LONVI also operates additional health brands and product initiatives, including the LONVI app, creating an increasingly diversified portfolio of consumer health and technology offerings.
LONVI believes its multi-brand approach can provide an existing revenue base as well as customer relationships, brand trust and distribution channels for future AI products.
4. Connected AI Hardware: Bringing Health Management into the Home
As artificial intelligence matures, LONVI is prioritizing the development of AI-enabled connected health devices.
The company believes that the next important interface for personal health management will extend beyond smartphone apps into bedrooms, living rooms and everyday home environments.
LONVI is developing several product concepts in this area.
AI Sleep Pod — Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Sleep Mattress
Combining connected sleep hardware and AI software to explore personalized sleep-environment management and improved sleep experiences.
AI Health Companion — AI Wellness Companion Device
Combining voice interaction, AI Agent capabilities and personalized wellness features to provide daily companionship, sleep support and health information.
AI Smart Pillow — Connected Sleep Pillow
Exploring the integration of sleep monitoring, breathing-related signals and recovery insights into everyday bedding.
AI Health Mirror — Intelligent Wellness Mirror
Combining AI-assisted visual analysis and wellness software to create a more natural home health interaction experience.
AI Health Detection Devices — At-Home Health Testing Devices
Expanding into home health testing and related connected medical devices through technology licensing and product partnerships with third-party providers.

Under the current plan, LONVI expects to begin rolling out its first AI-enabled hardware products in the fourth quarter of 2026. Actual availability will depend on product development, supply-chain readiness and applicable regulatory requirements.
LONVI intends to connect these devices to its AI Health Agent, turning standalone hardware into an ongoing source of health insights and personalized services.
5. AI Agents: An Enterprise Health-Services Platform
In addition to its direct-to-consumer business, LONVI plans to launch a business-to-business AI health-services initiative in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company is developing an AI Agent platform for fitness centers, wellness providers, rehabilitation businesses, health coaches and other consumer health organizations.
Planned capabilities include health-information intake, preliminary wellness assessments, personalized wellness plans, customer management and automated follow-up.
Through white-label and customized-brand models, partners would be able to offer AI-enabled wellness services while maintaining their own brand identities and customer relationships.
For example, a fitness center could use LONVI’s AI platform and connected devices to provide members with personalized exercise suggestions, wellness tracking and longer-term support without building its own complex AI infrastructure.
LONVI aims to lower the technical barriers to AI adoption for small and midsize wellness businesses.
Over time, the company plans to build an open AI health-services ecosystem connecting consumers, connected devices, wellness providers and third-party product suppliers.

6. Building on Existing Revenue to Explore AI-Driven Growth
Unlike some early-stage AI companies that rely primarily on venture funding for product development, LONVI has established an initial revenue base through its consumer health brands.
According to business figures disclosed by the company, its operating businesses have begun generating profits.
This revenue base comes primarily from established consumer health brands, online product sales and related services.
LONVI plans to use its brands’ existing customer relationships, marketing channels and operating experience to reduce the cost of introducing new AI products.
The company sees three primary growth drivers: continued development of its existing consumer health brands, commercialization of AI-enabled hardware and expansion of its AI Agent platform to consumers and enterprise customers.
LONVI will also continue to evaluate consumer health and technology businesses with established customers, differentiated technology or distribution strengths for potential acquisitions, licensing and commercial partnerships.
By combining established business revenues with next-generation AI offerings, LONVI aims to build a more diversified revenue model and support long-term growth.

7. Entering the Next Phase of Growth with Global Investors and Industry Partners
As AI, consumer wellness and connected hardware converge, LONVI is entering a new phase of development.
The company intends to allocate proceeds from this and potential future financings toward AI Health Agent development, hardware commercialization, international brand integration, its B2B platform and preparation for a capital-markets transaction.
LONVI is also seeking relationships with venture capital firms, strategic investors, connected-device manufacturers, health-technology companies and wellness-service organizations around the world.
Richard Ding, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of LONVI, said:
“We believe artificial intelligence will fundamentally change the way people manage their health. In the future, everyone may have an AI health assistant that truly understands their health, remembers it over time and provides continuous personalized support.
In health, the most valuable capability of AI is not simply to make judgments — it is to remember.
Our goal at LONVI is to connect health data, intelligent devices, consumer brands and wellness services through artificial intelligence.
Over the past several years, we have built and strategically acquired consumer health brands with established market positions. Next, we will focus our investments on AI Agents and connected health hardware to bring AI into consumers’ everyday lives.
We aspire to build LONVI into a next-generation health-technology platform combining AI capabilities, established consumer brands and global distribution channels.”

Following the completion of its latest financing and continued progress on its capital-markets plans, LONVI intends to accelerate product development and international expansion.
Its long-term vision is to become a primary AI-powered health-management interface for consumers worldwide while providing intelligent service infrastructure for wellness-industry partners, making personalized health management more accessible, convenient and effective.
Headquartered in Delaware, United States, Lonvi is an AI technology platform focused on AI-enabled health management, connected health hardware and healthy longevity. Through its AI Health Agent initiative, the company aims to bring together information from multiple smart devices and health applications to support more personalized and continuous wellness experiences. Lonvi is also developing a connected health-technology ecosystem spanning its own products and third-party hardware.
