Started in 2010 out of the garage selling high-end bedding to offering products to fill your home today, we have a lot of stories to tell. Scroll below for some of the highlights.
2010
Nights and Weekends
We started with a $100 website and a different name. In those days, our founder Paul Saunders was teaching himself eCommerce and running “Exceptionalsheets.com” in the shadows of his 9-to-5. We’re proud of just about everything except for maybe how that website looked.
2012
Boss Left Corporate America
Eventually the orders, calls, and growth of the company became more than a part-time hustle. Paul left his corporate job and hired his first full-time employee who is still with us today.
2014
Outgrew the Garage
Exponential growth and added product lines demanded more space. Egyptian Cotton sheets expanded into everything bedding - mattress pads, comforters, protectors, and everything in between filled the shelves.
2016
#4 and #1
Rapid growth comes with unexpected recognition. We celebrated being named #4 Fastest Growing Privately-Owned Company of the Year and #1 Fastest Growing Company in Indiana by Inc Magazine. We went by eLuxurySupply at that point, moved into another larger warehouse, and continued to expand our team.
2019
Started Wholesale Program
Amid a growing number of requests to supply boutique hotels and rental properties with our products, a wholesale division was born. It still exists today at eluxurydistribution.com with low MOQs and the same great level of service you can always expect from eLuxury.
2020
Enter the Furniture Market
We launched our first accent chair which turned into a best-selling category for our business. Still offering premium basic bedding options but found that we do furniture just as well. With bedding, beds, mattresses, and accent furniture, we feel like we are just getting started.
Today
More Faces Same Values
Founded around a simple principle: Semper Fi. Short for Semper Fidelis, the Marine Corps motto means "always faithful." For us, we take care of each other, our community, our suppliers, and our customers.
The company runs with a slightly different look these days, but with the same purpose. With over 150,000 square feet of warehouse and office space and 100 employees, we still stive to make your experience at eLuxury memorable.
